Owner - Dr. Saad Bin Shaye
- Dr. Saad bin Shaye is a former law professor and current lawyer. with more than thirty years of experience in the academic and practical fields. He worked as a professor at the College of Law at King Faisal University and Al-Asala University. He has many legal articles published in Al-Youm newspaper and various media participations.
- Dr. Saad is an accredited legal consultant for Al-Ekhbariya TV. Dr. Saad is an accredited legal consultant for Al-Ikhbariya TV. Some of his notable publications include:
- “Comparative Criminal Abbreviation”
- “Bribery and Forgery Offenses in the Saudi System”
- “Comments on the system of procedures”
- “Pleadings Law Clarifications”
- His doctoral thesis titled “Criminal Protection of Commercial Companies in the Saudi System” was awarded first honors and many of its recommendations were adopted by the Ministry of Commerce.
His master’s thesis titled “Commercial Arbitration in the Saudi and Gulf Systems” contributed to the development of the current Saudi arbitration system
